TSI 4 CFM Nitrogen Generator - NG-4
The NG-4 Nitrogen System Generator with a purge/inflation system is ideal for high volume shops. The NG-4 can be programmed to purge and inflate tires to the specified PSI up to 9 times. This purge/inflation operates at a range of 0 to 145 PSI. Equipped with 4 hoses that have quick lock air chucks, the technician only needs to attach the hoses once. Then simply set the programmable control panel to the desired number of purge cycles and the specified tire pressure and the unit automatically completes the service. The NG-4 Nitrogen System comes standard with an enclosed 60 gallon nitrogen storage tank.

Forklifts and Lift Gates:
All Single Post, 2 Post, and 4 Post Lifts* require a forklift or similar equipment to unload. Smaller items like Tire Changers and Balancers qualify for lift gate service at no additional cost. Lift gate service lowers your shipment to street level.
What if I don't have a forklift at my location and my order requires it?
This is a common concern. Here are some alternatives:
- Delivery to a local freight terminal typically located within 30-60 minutes of your address. Contact us, and we will help locate the nearest terminal.
- Ship to a friend's or workplace location equipped with a forklift.
- Warehouse pickup is available depending on how far you're willing to travel.
- Renting a forklift, though less ideal, may be necessary. We schedule deliveries precisely to reduce rental time.
Can I hand unload my order if I don't have a forklift?
Unfortunately, hand unloading is not permitted. Truck drivers do not allow this due to liability issues and limited unloading time, even if ample assistance is available.
How do I know if my order requires a forklift or if a lift gate service is available?
Forklifts or similar equipment are mandatory for unloading car lifts.

If you lack forklift access, we can arrange delivery to a nearby freight terminal that will load your order onto your trailer. Terminals are typically a 30-60 minute drive away.
