Air powered, variable speed, semi-automatic locking swing arm tire changer features dual table clamping cylinders with value-added specifications of 13”-26” wheel clamping range. Maximum tire diameter 47” and maximum tire width 15”. Dual stage inflation system with safety limiter and bead blaster built into the clamping jaws. Surge tank is built into the tower. Custom mount/demount head features replaceable plastic inserts to protect wheels. Powerful and adjustable bead breaker shovel loosens the most difficult tires and wheels with up to 5500 lbs. (2517 Kg.) force at 145 psi (10 bar). Optional high-performance press arm is recommended for high performance, stiff sidewall tires and difficult wheels with deep drop centers. Requires compressed air. Comes fully assembled.

Forklifts and Lift Gates:

 All Single Post, 2 Post, and 4 Post Lifts* require a forklift or similar equipment to unload. Smaller items like Tire Changers and Balancers qualify for lift gate service at no additional cost. Lift gate service lowers your shipment to street level.

What if I don't have a forklift at my location and my order requires it? 

This is a common concern. Here are some alternatives:

  • Delivery to a local freight terminal typically located within 30-60 minutes of your address. Contact us, and we will help locate the nearest terminal.
  • Ship to a friend's or workplace location equipped with a forklift.
  • Warehouse pickup is available depending on how far you're willing to travel.
  • Renting a forklift, though less ideal, may be necessary. We schedule deliveries precisely to reduce rental time.

Can I hand unload my order if I don't have a forklift?

 Unfortunately, hand unloading is not permitted. Truck drivers do not allow this due to liability issues and limited unloading time, even if ample assistance is available.

How do I know if my order requires a forklift or if a lift gate service is available? 

Forklifts or similar equipment are mandatory for unloading car lifts.

Will the freight company contact me to schedule the delivery?

 Yes, the freight company will reach out in advance to schedule your delivery, ensuring you're prepared to receive and unload your shipment.

Warehouse Pickup (No Freight Charge)

 Warehouse pickup is available for nearly all brands. Warehouse locations are provided on each product page. During checkout, select "Pickup" and choose your preferred warehouse. After ordering, we will email you the necessary pickup form and number.

Freight Terminals:

 If you lack forklift access, we can arrange delivery to a nearby freight terminal that will load your order onto your trailer. Terminals are typically a 30-60 minute drive away. Note: Extremely large orders shipped via dedicated flatbeds cannot be delivered to freight terminals. This information will be indicated clearly on the product page.
